Love this place for the setting of assemblage art that just surrounds you! The delicious Mexican food is a bonus. Lots of seating and our large group was able to get their lunches and then sit together which made it so easy. We sat on the back patio but there’s lots of fun options and you just can’t stop looking around. we had lunch here and then walked to the Cheech so it was perfect.
Great vibe for lunch date. Not very fond with the shrimp cocktail and the guac is a bit too lemony but everything else is good. Nice day to sit outside. Will come back in near future.
There may be other Mexican nearby that has better food and etc but none will be as unique and artistically pleasant to dine at than Tio's. Depending on the foods, it ranges from good to average. We love going to Tio's for the unique whimsical environment that the owner has created. It is a very special place that needs to be protected for others to enjoy in the future. Love the staffs and the service they offered.
