Tina is one of the chef/host that you wish for. My coworker and I visited Pittsburgh for a company trip and we had to come back the second time instead of trying out new things because her food is phenomenal. On top of that, her hospitality made me feel like home even though I’m not even Taiwanese lol You’re the best, “Princess Tina” ????

This hidden gem was delicious. Showed up with a large party of family of 20 people. Love how they implement strong Covid procedures here especially when they tell you to please keep your masks on until the food comes out. Food here is authentic and service was great. We had everything from the large seafood soup, shrimp with walnuts and broccoli, General Tso's chicken, beef lo mein, pork with leeks, szechuan beef, mapo tofu and the twice cooked pork. I really liked the strong flavors and spices here. I had to drink 4 cups of water, but it was well worth it. Service and food quality here are very high. The location itself is kept very cleaning. I noticed the staff sanitizing and cleaning each table meticulously. If you want authentic Taiwanese food this is the spot

Princess Tina is exceptional at bringing all of Taiwan to the dining table. Upon arrival, Tina (the owner) engaged my senses in all forms, from the food presentation to the cordial chat, Ting’s Kitchen is worth the dining experience
