So delicious and flavorful! We had a very large group and we all loved our food! From the appetizers to the sides to the main courses, it was all cooked and prepared to perfection. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it. The waitress was very patient with us and super friendly.
1st time at the Timbermine. No reservation, but was there about 5:30 on a Friday night. We had a ten minute wait. Although on the way out. We saw the crowd had grown significantly. Go early. The restaurant is decked out in an old western mine theme. The booths had their own individual lighting adjustments so you can make the atmosphere very romantic or if you had grandma and grandpa with you, you could turn up so they can see what they are eating. The food was excellent. If I had to have a complaint it would be that the house salad was just basic greens. We ordered the prime rib and the gold pan shrimp scampi. Both were tasty. I ordered my prime rib, medium rare and it was done to perfection. It was tender and well seasoned with au jus and creamed horseradish on the side. This was probably the best prime rib I've had dining out in Utah. I do a lot of my own barbecue, and get pretty picky about what I eat out. I would definitely recommend this. My wife's shrimp were done to perfection.
The atmosphere was amazing, the prime rib was delicious and love aju sauce. Staff was friendly. I don't remember my waitress name but she was an absolute delight and spot on with my table drink refills 10/10 would recommend this place! Parking: Parking is spacious lots places to park even when busy.
