Tim Hortons

Tired of going here and getting the wrong order. Also, do they train the workers there to make lattes? Worst Tim Hortons. I ordered a pumpkin latte and got a black coffee with one percent milk - not even close. The workers don't care at all about doing a good job there and they are always getting my order wrong. This doesn't happen at any other Tim Hortons. The manager of this place needs to step up and improve this place.I will not go back there again.

I always have to ask for a stirrer because my sugar is always at the bottom. I ask for milk, I get cream. My tea is never correct. I only go to this location if I have no other choice. Terrible

I placed a mobile order for this tim hortons, the app specifically says “choose a location to see availability”. when i arrive to the store to pick up my order, only 2/5 things i ordered was actually available. at 11 am this store had NOTHING. not even a plain bagel. not to mention, the bag of donuts that they gave me instead of 3 different products they didn’t have were COVERED in the donut icing. i wasn’t even offered a refund. if i could give this location 0 stars i would. i understand everyone is understaffed but if you don’t have food to serve the customers, why are you even open? ended up going to the tim hortons down the street and they were fully stocked. i’ll make sure my friends know which tim hortons to go to.
