I go here often during my lunch breaks and have always had good experiences. Drive-Thru is always fast and workers are always so sweet and courteous :)
While the University, Greece, I90 and Mt Hope Tims are all trash 1-star. This one was OK. Nice facility and only out of a few items but that seems to be how every Tims are here. Would come again... only one I've found here with working Iced Cap machine!
We order 20 sour cream glaze via the drive-thru and as we were pulling away, we checked the container and to our dismay found that it was not all 20 of what we had ordered. They had just added on something else. When we went to ask them to correct the order, there was a whole song and dance in the way they handled it. And to boot the carryout container was so sticky! It was a mess. Would have happily given them a better review but the lack of customer care and disregard to how the staff handled the matter was very disappointing
