Tijuana Flats

We were hungry and looking to try something new. Tijuana Flats was a cute little spot with very friendly and kind staff. ✨???? We ordered the beef nachos which was a good portion however I wish there had been a lil more of the ground beef on the serving. Also we ordered the Banging Chicken burrito. Taste like a breaded buffalo chicken wrap. Yummy. Colorful little restaurant with a bright artsy vibe. Even saw that a friend of mine was featured on their star wall. ???? We enjoyed the ambiance. Sadly it's not going to totally crave that west coast Mexican food desire however it was enjoyable. Sort of a TexMex spot I would say. They also had wings. I definitely will return to try a few more items on the menu. They had a cute little Hot Bar which confused me a little because many of the sauces were sweet and not very hot. We enjoyed it none the less we were able to actually dine in here also!

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a meal with no sauce as I am allergic at 9:35 and arrived at 9:45 to pick it up. Got home at 9:50 to find sauce all in my food. Called SEVERAL times with no answer to finally get someone to answer at 10pm (when they close.. how convenient) for the MANAGER to tell me that the cooks just turned off their fryer and it “would be too much to ask them to turn it back on” Unbelievable.

Food is very good. Unfortunately I like how they used to make burritos without rice and beans. I now ask for no rice and beans and they stuff it with lettuce. Way less meat than they used to use
