I had stopped going to Tijuana Flats as they had seemed to all go downhill. I hadn't been to this one in many years and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised. Most of the time I do not rate chain food places. Turn over and no one really owns them, or do not feel accountable. This location the owner/manager I have seen onsite more than once. It's run right and they care.
