A terrible dining experience on 4/30/22 in Kissimmee, FL! My husband and I will NEVER go back again. Our food was barely warm and not quality at all. Our waitress didn't even come back to check in us. I know I won't ever leave a tip again before getting our food. The manager was not much help either! Save yourself the disappointment and don't go!!!
Ordered my meal online at 5:13 PM for a 8:15 PM pick up time. I did not receive my order until 8:46, ( and it was wrong) with the excuse that didnt receive it until an hour prior. I spoke to their customer service 12/8 and they were supposed to issue me a credit (coupons) for the problem and have their Regional Manager look into it. 12/30 Coupons have not arrived, no one is picking up on the Customer Service line ( it just rings forever). Horrible Service
Me and husband went for 25th Anniversary celebration for 25cents Corona. The manager tells us we aren't doing it any longer. Well today is a Saturday and the last day for it. Here is the email. She tells me NO. Countryside location. Clearwater florida. Bad management.
