Tichigan Lakes Hilltop Pub and Eatery

First time here. Waited nearly an hour for food including appetizer which was deep fried pickles. Finally received our food and the quality was not good at all. Mac n cheese tasted like flour not cheese. Fish fry breading was thick, soggy, and fish itself didn’t taste right. Dry brisket that was not freshly smoked. My girlfriend and daughter didn’t even eat their meals. I ate part of mine.

We came here with friends from the lake. We wanted to dine outside. It took 25 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted to order drinks. We put our order in for 2 pizza's, hush puppies and fries. We asked the server when our food would come out? Her response, our pizza takes longer because we make it how it should be made. After another 1.5 hours one pizza came out. It was warm not hot. About 10 minutes later the next one came out not hot. No fries no hush puppies ever showed up. The service was horrible. The waitress never came back to see how our food was. Instead she sat at another table down by the kitchen smoking and looking at her phone. The pizza was ok probably better if it had been hot. 3 out of the 4 people said they wouldn't come back the 4th said she may give it another chance. We also came here the week before we had burgers which were good. We sat inside and had the same waitress who messed up 3 out of the 5 orders that day. We Ordered 3 pizzas to go on a Wednesday night. Bartender told me she wasnt sure how long they would be. I asked her to ask the cook please. She said an hour. We showed up and bartender told me it would be another 15 minutes 40 minutes later she brought out one pizza and said they ran out of cheese!! Why would they make us sit there for 40 minutes if they only had enough cheese for 1 pizza? We ended up leaving and went to doc on the fox where we ordered and had the pizza in 25 minutes.
