This place has the rudest employees Ive ever witnessed. I realize you make close to minimum wage however, that doesnt mean you have to be rude to customers who are paying your paycheck.
I am very disappointed in the Cary location. There is never any food made and the coffee pots are always empty. It's a shame I have a local Thorntons but have to go to a different town to actually get breakfast and coffee. The morning shifts is rude and is as useless as a box of rocks at a glass factory! I sure hope a regional Mgr reads this and gets it straight before our new location opens!!
Great location and tends to be busy. The cashiers are quick with getting people through the line. My only complaint is that they don't enforce the IL mask mandate in their store. While in the store I noticed multiple people come in without masks.
