I ordered a chicken meal from This Is It via UBER EATS, and I have never been so disappointed with food in my life. I paid 35 dollars for food that looked and tasted like it had been sitting since early this morning. This Is It is one of the best soul food restaurants in GA, and they should be ashamed for sending out food like this. Toast was hard, Mac and cheese, and sweet potatoes had a film on it, and the chicken was old and just nasty. The chicken leg was so hard that I couldn't eat it. Do better guys. I wish I could blame the driver but I cant, she delivered the food before the estimated time by 15 minutes. So, this is it just sent me old food.
Management needs to do a better job of cleaning . I’m talking fine detail . Because what a saw is something that can potentially cause bacteria sickness . Fountain lemonade machine with bacteria of the led surface eew ????. I hope they have scheduled maintenance on there Ice machine and HVAC equipment .
