This has become one of my favorite spots in DFW! The Pantrout Dinner fried hard is one of my favorite things on the menu! It reminds me so much of Mississippi! Also the Peach cobbler is always hot and buttery! The chicken on the stick is just like it’s from the MS State Fair! Everything is cooked to order so it comes out fresh and hot! I go so much now they know my voice when I call my order in lol! Definitely check out Thee Southern Fish House!

First time visiting with a friend, and the food and service was A1! Ordered the catfish, pantrout (first time trying), and red beans & rice! Visit them if you’re craving some REAL down home cooking. I will most definitely be back!
