Great restaurant in vista. Super friendly staff. Food was delicious. I got the Santa Fe chicken sandwich and it was great. We got the food to go and the service was quick. I will go back.
This place is excellent! It's peaceful, beautiful, serene and the staff are wonderful. If you haven't been here to get a sandwhich or smoothie or both, I highly reccomend giving this place a visit. No matter who you are, you will feel welcome and feel like you are at home here. This is a great place overall. I love it!
The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The overall ambiance and feel of the location is relaxing and comfortable. However, the service is well below average. Of course you can usually expect a little bit of a wait which is no problem. I ate here the other day and it took about an hour and 45 minutes in total. Only about 5 of that was waiting for our table. We started by waiting to even be greeted once we were seated. We were ready to order by then since we had plenty of time to read the menu, some pamphlets, etc. It took almost 20 minutes JUST to get our drinks, then another 15 to get our sandwiches. Once we finished up - it took more than half an hour to even get out check. We completely cleaned up our table, looked around for our server who was no where in site. We just continued waiting, we asked the host to help out with getting the check which didn't seem to help. I LOVE Yellow Deli, I love the place and I love the food. Unfortunately, it might be a to-go stop from now on. If
