Update: thank you for taking the time to reply. I've never seen a restaurant consider themselves full when there was at least 5 tables counted empty. Your hostess was the one that shared that we could not be seated due to the kitchen being behind. The two people we saw working were very friendly. The animals you allow in your indoor dining area with no regard to your other guests is why I will not return or recommend this small locally owned business. Holding a small dog in your lap at a dinner table would not fit the four paws on the floor rule for working service animals. I am unaware of any cities or states that recognize birds as services animals. So there seems to be no justification. I saw one server taking care of your seated tables, if a manager cannot assist the team or do table visits I cannot see how they would be good at taking care of customer feedback.... hostess was friendly but not very efficient. I've been here a few times now and the food is really pretty good. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries and it was tasty. I've had drinks here as well and the maple bacon old fashioned is really good! Will come back for sure!

The service was excellent. Every employee we encountered was friendly and took great care of us. The food was decent, but lacked flavor. My husband had the chicken and the cow. If you haven't been here, that's a burger topped with chicken. It was pretty flavorless. I had the fried chicken sandwich. It also lacked flavor. Neither were bad. "just fine" would be a good description. My son had their chicken tenders. These were actually very flavorful. We also had a the pretzle bites for a starter. They come with beer-cheese sauce and honey mustard. The bites were very good. The sauces were not as great by themselves, but combined were a winner. Also had some great cocktails! In short, the service is great, The food is not bad and we would go back.
