The Watering Bowl

The Watering Bowl is a good neighborhood bar. I visited when they had an event - Lego Brick Bar. They transformed the place with lego displays made by customers. There is a lego making competing every hour during the event and there are a number of participants. The drinks are okay for the price. Food is so-so but worth the price. Just be mindful of the time as the kitchen closes early and the bar tends to forget about it. Service is great and as any neighborhood bar the bartenders are friendly and warm. One of the bartenders gave us free pickle shots when our food came in late.

Fun, but ran down. The good. Decently sized. Pools for the pups. Lots of fun pups and people! The food (to my surprise) was decent!! Beer was cold! Service was good! Areas of improvement... It's hard to find as the sign is sun faded/gone. We tried 3 tables they were all very wobbly. And there was poop by two of them with no baggies in sight. Luckily another owner has some (we forgot ours) so we picked up the poop we found. Our napkin holder clearly just sits outside 24/7 as it was full of water from rain and sticks. Just over all felt a bit dirty/ran down. We might be back.

Awesome place for dog lovers! Also known as W.B Grill and TapHouse, so it’s possible to miss because the sign doesn’t say The Watering Bowl. There is overflow parking. What a great place to sit and dog watch while enjoying drinks and great food. All breeds are welcomed as long as they’re well mannered. No leashes required upstairs in the dog area. Food and drinks are ordered inside as there is no table service. There was a Legos pop up inside with all different types of legos everywhere. I would highly recommend!
