The Tavern at Rock Springs Ridge

Dude, this place is fun and GOOD! I was surprised to find Rock and Roll bingo this last Sunday, which happens to be a regular event. I had a great time. Alone I couldn't order the pizza, so I got pizza pinwheel appetizer. Boy was it a delicious representation of their wood fire pizza. The wings and drinks were also top notch. I see myself becoming a regular. Must try!

Service was just alright. Very slow and not attentive. 2 of us sat without sodas for most of the meal. The food presentation was great. It looks amazing. The best thing that was ordered was the burger. The mahi fish tacos were way over seasoned and over cooked, the fish n chips cod was over cooked. I did like the flour tortillas and how they were crispy and fresh. We also ordered the chicken fiesta nachos but forgot pics because we were so hungry when they made it to the table, the chips were soggy with the cheese sauce in the middle however the rest.of them were tastey. Overall i would say this is more of a bar and pizza joint. I do like the atmosphere and the outside seating area that is covered. I may come back to watch a game and drink a few beers next time and try something different on the menu.

Gone downhill quite a bit over the past few years. Pizza is just okay now. And they have one of the best pizza ovens around. Just gotta use it better. Pizza is floppy with no crisp at all. Carry out service has struggled since COVID. Either not on time or just slow. I wish it would get back to the standard from not too long ago.
