The Taphouse by McCall Collective

Hands down my family's favorite local brewery. The variety of beer styles they produce is amazing and I haven't had a beer I didn't like. The TapHouse is their second location and it has a much more laid back casual vibe than there's Susquehanna Street location. No servers, just place your orders at the bar with the bartender and if you're getting food, they will take your number and you'll get a text when it's ready to pick up at the window in the back of the room. Their kitchen consists mainly of a big offset smoker right outside the back entrance. Great barbecue options including all the standards from brisket to pulled pork, chicken and sausage with some vegetarian options mixed in. Can't say enough about how much we love this place and the people that work there. Always happy to see the smiling faces of Bobo, Sarah or Tim behind the bar. Very happy this location is so close to the house, my wallet's opinion might differ. Vegetarian options: Your current menu has multiple vegetaria

Cool little brewery. From the looks of things they will make it. Beer is very good. Haven’t had the food. But anyone who invests in a smoker knows the importance of being unique. I’m sure they already know this but I hope to see them expand and upgrade the outdoor seating. A great alternative from the old sleepy bars and Chain restaurants in the area.
