Staff acts stuck up , was charged $10.00 per each street nacho when the sign states it’s $9.50 , if the price has changed you need to update that on your menu. && I don’t wanna hear “it’s tax” because I was clearly taxed twice on my receipt. Lol and then couldn’t even put my to go order in a bag. Won’t be returning & definitely do not recommend.
I ordered from DoorDash. And I live like 10 min away from this place so keep that in mind . The chips and cheese were ok . The el mojado arrived very soft and tasteless and not crispy like it’s supposed to be and the Consomé with it , is extremely bland !!! No taste whatsoever !!! Waste of money if you ask me . The shrimp tacos are very tasty and the sauce on them are really good . The food arrived lukewarm too . So all in all not a good experience.
We have a list from Date Ideas and Places to Go In STL, and this was our #1, and it did NOT disappoint, whatsoever. The prices are inexpensive, the food is amazing, and the portions you get for the price you pay, is shocking. My husband ordered their Cubano and ended up with lunch at the restaurant, and lunch for work for two additional days. And the ice cream, was just oh my goodness, AMAZING. We both got their regular Oreo, and it was some of the best ice cream we have ever had.
