The Sticky Bun

I had a lovely breakfast this morning at The Sticky Bun after watching the sunrise on the beach. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you. The woman at the register was very kind and gave me great recommendations. She sold me on the bacon that’s smoked and cured in house. I got The Classic breakfast, and the quality was amazing and delicious. Thanks for a great start to my day!

This is the best Local breakfast restaraunt here in Deerfield. Highly recommend for its delicious food, fantastic service, and overall inviting atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. There is also Live Music on Sundays (10am-1pm.) Not to mention, they have beer, Bloody Marys and mimosas if you go out with your crew. With a short walk to the beach, this place is a must if you're visiting South Florida.

I have wanted to go here for a hot minute now. It's hard to find a restaurant that will do egg whites but thankfully they have it in the form of the the heather. It can be a wrap, sandwich or plate. I chose plate and subbed the bacon for turkey in favor of a low cholesterol diet. I'm sad that I couldn't eat one of their pastries but maybe next time. My bf got the spicy chicken waffles and he actually said they were spicy. Not like spicy for white people. I had just a tiny bit and my mouth was on fire. All and all great place! Only comment is it's a small place. I wish there was more room
