The food was amazing! My wife and I ordered the Benedict Johnson (pictured - sorry, partially eaten), and my daughter ordered the Smith Burger (best burger she has ever eaten). Will be back! … More

Great food and service! The Smith team provided the utmost care for us during our visit. The food was delicious. They recommended great options and were very amenable to making accommodations for any dietary needs. There was something for everyone on the menu. … More

My cousins and I found this place while visiting New York. We made reservations for brunch and when we arrived were seated at our table very quickly. The atmosphere and the servers were nice also service was good. The food was very good as well. I tried their take on shrimp n grits and I really liked it. I couldn't eat it all so I ate it later that night and it was just as good. One of my cousins had the vanilla bean French toast with caramelized bananas and maple butter, which I tried, and it was great. A little on the sweet side but it was light and airy at the same time. Not dense like most French toast I've had. They even gave us a cute little post card. Only thing that caught me a little off guard was that they had only one gender neutral bathroom. It had about 8 stalls all of which I assume lock (mine did) but wouldn't be comfortable if i had children with me. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would definitely go back to try something new.
