The Six Chow House Calabasas

I love this place so, so much. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. The Six Chow House Calabasas is easily one of the best restaurants in the entirety of LA, and that’s saying a lot considering how big this city is. After visiting for several years, what can I say are the best items on the menu? Most frequently, this is what we order: Braised Short Rib Tacos, Chicken ‘n Waffles, Heirloom Tomato Flatbread, Pork Belly Tacos, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Smoke Burger, Soppressata Flatbread, and several different mocktails. The tacos are OUT OF THIS WORLD. Both the Braised Short Rib Tacos and Pork Belly Tacos are must-haves on your first visit. Easily some of the best tacos we’ve ever had. The flatbreads are incredible - if you’re looking for a bit of a healthier option, the Heirloom Tomato really is the freshest and highest-quality flatbread I’ve ever tasted. Great service, delicious food, many gluten free options and outdoor seating. I even ordered fresh, made to order gluten free donuts- finally! My server was just the right amount of attentive and very pleasant. Would definitely eat here again.

This is a fantastic little spot, true hidden gem. Every bit of food I tried was fantastic. The pizza and burger are excellent. They have a really nice bar. I'm sure happy hour here is fantastic. We've picked up multiple orders to go and I look forward to dining in their beautiful new location.
