The Rustic Grill at StoneWater

This was my Friday fish fry with family and the food was was pretty good. The service was extremely slow and at times not very polite. The crowd was extremely boisterous so it wasn't such a great experience for my elderly mom. I'll probably pass on it next time as it was also a bit expensive for what you get and the wine list is outrageously priced. $170 for two people.

Got the Beer battered fish fry. They gave me panko breaded fish cooked extra crispy, the edge was burnt, regular McD fries not Wedge cut as advertised and very dry coleslaw. This is very upsetting because I called on Friday to make a reservation for Saturday...I asked for a window table...I was guaranteed a nice table...tonight when I checked in with the hostess ...she said she saw my reservation but there wasn't a window table a available...I asked her to check again..she was rude and was not Professional...I wish I would have walked out then...but it was my first time there...the hostess said she had a nice table for us...then she led us into the brightly lit sports bar table...not exactly the ambiance I was promised..and that's where we had a below average steak... my 6 year old grandson could have done better...we asked for medium...instead we got medium well done steaks...$160.00 later...I noticed during my dinner that many tables by the window opened up...the hostess never offered to move us...the hostess was to inexperienced to be a hostess...personally I would give her a bussing position...This was our First and Last time at the Rustic Grill...ou
