They have vegan Pho! Actually, they made a lemongrass broth with all the Pho fixings... I'm pretty sure nobody in Vietnam would call it legit, but what is a vegan to do when he's craving beef both?! It was served extra hot and I had enough to eat until I was full and take the other half home. I intend on going back! The interior is small, clean, and cute.
The best Pho I've had! The broth was rich in flavour, and have all the elements making it delicious. Hit the right note! Also loved their crispy rolls, nice texture and their Boba Thai tea is a must try! Definitely gonna be back soon!
I-N-C-R-E-D-I-B-L-E It's so low key. The milk honeydew tea is amazing. I had the Beef bowl with rice, cucumber, pickled carrot, and soy sesame sauce. We also got the spicy beef pho. If I hadn't been going over to hippodrome I had fully planned on taking my leftovers. I'd make the trip to Eutaw street from Harco everyday just to eat there. I loved it.
