Cute little vibrant place. Cheese dip and sides were large portions. Quesadilla was good but kinda thin. Almost zero plastic and no styrofoam in sight. Would go back.
The carne adada taco had a fatty and very thin dry piece of steak, the carnitas taco was also dry with ZERO flavor. I would have added queso to liven it up but yet again another flavorless element. How can a place call themselves "The Queso Shop" when their queso tastes like slightly warmed milk. Not a fan at all. Overall, this might be the worst lunch I've ever paid for.
I always come back for the chips and queso (best in town, as the name implies). They have expanded their menu since moving to toco hills. Definitely check this place out!!
