The Pizza Press - Celebration

From out of town. Here for Disney and we found this place on google. It lived up to its rating and delivered a very nice pizza. Not completely true to New York, but a very nice thin crust pizza with fold. Mozzarella is a nice mixture with aromatic traits to let you know it’s good quality. I highly recommend the spicy red sauce if you enjoy red pepper flake level heat. It gives the pizza an extremely nice flavor profile that hits the taste buds nicely on the back of the tongue. The pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and Canadian bacon are all quality toppings with lovely flavor. We requested plates and additional sauce. I don’t know if it is the fault of the restaurant or Uber eats but they were not received. Just a note that if you really want them you may call to ensure their arrival. Overall, good pizza at a good price. 4.5 stars. Kid-friendliness: The cheese pizza satisfied all four of my children's appetite. Dietary restrictions: Offer a cauliflower option. Absolutely terrible. We ordered a 16” pepperoni pizza and it came with only a few tiny pepperonis! Called to complain about the pep shrinkflation and staff said owner told them they were using too many (ridiculous) and to limit the topping usage. So if you liking toppings rec you try somewhere else. Additionally, side salad made just as cheaply as pizza. ????????

Went here on 4th of July after Disney and this was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I wish we had one where I live. My pizza was so good I forgot to take a picture before I ate it LOL. I highly recommend getting the spicy sauce. Here’s a picture of my friend’s pizza though.
