The Pho Shack

Tried Pho shack for the 1st time today and we’ll definitely be back. Ordered: Spring rolls, Veggie Pho - added chicken, and chicken fried rice. 1st let me say that the portions are large so make sure you come hungry. I was excited to see that the rice noodles in the pho are gluten free (big win for me), broth was tasty and full of flavor, spring rolls hit the spot and the rice paper was perfect (not too soft or hard), chicken fried rice was flavorful. Don’t forget to order your Vietnamese ice coffee to go, you’ll thank me later!

This was my very first visit to The Pho Shack and I was impressed. First let’s talk about the staff the manager on duty was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I arrived pretty close to closing time so I asked for my order to go. He packed my to-go bag with everything that I needed without me asking.Now let’s get to the best part the food I ordered the fried rice with shrimp and a large Pho. The rice was great the portion was pretty big I enjoyed it. Now let’s talk about this pho now before I added anything to it I tasted the broth and it was amazing alone so when everything else was added I was one of the best bowls I’ve ever had. I look forward to going back for more. I wish I had taken photos to post but there’s always next time and trust me there will be a next time.

One of my preferred spots for some quick and delicious Vietnamese when I’m in the area. Everything I’ve had so far was delicious. Quick and kind service makes it ideal for lunch, and quality and portions make it a good value.
