Looked like an Irish pub from the outside, had mixed messaging, and the menu was all over the place. Don’t know why this is labeled as an Irish pub, it just isn’t. Seemed like the food was cooked next door or in a common kitchen. Food was fine but nothing to write home about and rather expensive, even for San Diego. Server didn’t seem to have a good handle on a group of 6. Slow service too. Charged a 20% gratuity (okay for a group of 6) but didn’t mention it, so we almost tipped on top of it - felt shady. Was very loud (though I’ll admit it was a weekend evening). Overall opinion was that this should stick to being a bar and a bar only.
Good people and amazing Pub food! you must try the shepherd's pie!!
It was about 1:40 in the morning and we stop by for drinks the bartenders were friendly and we talked to some of the owners that were really friendly and we had a nice time here
