This is a great place to stop for breakfast. As an out of towner, I was looking for a breakfast spot other than the usual chains and this came up as a spot not to far from the hotel where we stayed. I am so glad we found this place!! If I never have breakfast again, I would be satisfied!! Our server was very friendly and checked on us often. The menu is extensive, there must have been about 20 pancake options!! We ordered the Dutch apple, which is one of their signature pancakes. It has apples baked in and a special cinnamon sprinkled on top and it is Huge!! We also had the Dutch apple waffle ( which I preferred over the pancake). The waffle had diced apples cooked in the batter and topped with Granny Smith apples. The waffle was nice and fluffy and just overall delicious. Finally the green chille omelet definitely lived up to the other reviews. I swapped out the reg sausage with turkey sausage and it was amazing. They cook the omelets in the oven and is the size of the whole plate!!

September 2022: I have not been to the Original Pancake House in several years and wanted to try them out. Without a reservation on a weekday, the wait for a table was not long at maybe 5 minutes at most. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes, a western omelet, and orange juice, which were all delicious ???? Pros: * The customer gets a lot of food for a reasonable price. The plate sized omelet was too much to eat for me. * Good, friendly service. The wait staff brought food out promptly and accurately. * The pancakes were top notch and did not require any syrup on them--the whipped cream was sufficient. * Plenty of parking in front. Cons: * The omelet was too big and can be a share size between the wife and I for the next trip. Otherwise, no complaints. Conclusion: I will return. I Remember it being super busy on weekends so may need to make a reservation during those times. Parking: Plenty of parking in the plaza. My guess is that there are over 200 parking spots shared by tenants of the pl
