I really want to give this place more ⭐️ but I can’t based on my experience. The food is good and there’s a big variety of choices. I mean there are a million pancake options (all tasty) and 4 ???? omelettes, who can argue with that?! I really enjoy their food. The place is always crowded and it reminds me of a beach place that is built for crowds. I feel as if the staff are missing something… they aren’t outgoing friendly and welcoming. Even before Covid they were like this. They are efficient and don’t make mistakes but don’t usually greet you with and make you feel welcome. It’s almost as if they don’t enjoy their job. I don’t know. Now does this mean I won’t eat there or I’ve had a horrible consistent experience - no. Like I said the good is great, I just wish for a different experience.

Overall bad experience, and would not return. We elected to go here because the Denny's at the bottom of the hill had boarded up windows. We should have went there. There was a wait and I was understanding of this. The host would not let me look over a menu while I waited. We were taken to the table and waited a while before a disgruntled lady approached the table and got our order. She seemed upset that the table ordered both coffee and a juice of some sort. When asked about clarifying things, the server appeared to be in a rush and bothered by our just being there. The order was wrong, and the food came out cold. We were too hungry to complain and just managed to eat it anyhow. The fountain drinks tasted like bleach. We were traveling and thought it may just be the water, although the coffee didn't have this taste to it. The coffee was cold. Had to ask for refills.
