The Original Neal's Restaurant

First time here = it was soooo good. The chicken fried steak was the best I have had in a very long time and the catfish and shrimp was also extremely tasty. Had no room for dessert, but would have loved to try the cobbler. Will definitely go back and highly recommend. It was also very reasonably priced. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

By far one of the best restaurants in the area. They're never packed, which baffles me, as the food is amazing, staff are wonderful, and their prices can't be beat anywhere for what you get. We've become regulars to the point where they know our usual order. Definitely worth a try if you've never been there. You won't be disappointed!

The ambience is welcoming you to an old booth-type with table options restaurant. Food was ok, I ordered a pork chop, with sweet potatoes and it wasn’t the best tasting one, it’s a tad bit dry as well. My husband ordered bbq ribs which was ok to his taste. Portion wise, it’s big enough to fill me up really quick. There was only one waitress during that time so she attends to a lot of diners(I guess, this place used to be popular—the oldies across our table had good memories about the resto)
