Fall is upon us ... rain was coming in.. decided to enjoy our first pasta plates of the season with family at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The restaurant was hopping. The service was great , food was fresh and affordable. I took some chocolate cake home for dessert... I really appreciate that the portion size was big. Will definitely go again...
The food was good, started off with a salad it was very good nice amount of dressing. I had the veal parm it was very good didn't quite finish so we took some home. Our server was Bailey, very efficient in certain ways. Never came by the table to see if we needed anything else or if we would like more of something. Not too much personality on his part.
The atmosphere is mixed for me, I like the rail car dining inside, the stained glass, and other decorations - and the lighting is a bit to dark for me almost to making it hard to read the menu. Our party of 10 was served well. The food is good and best for me served steaming hot just the way I like it. The only slight negative was the spinach and artichoke dip appetizer a bit dry.
