I took my family tonight for a belated birthday dinner and had a great time. The food was great as usual, I had the steak entree and Wisconsin cheddar finished off with the cookies and cream chocolate. I’ve been here many times and the service is always great, everyone is friendly but tonight our waitress Jasmine was really exceptional! She was so sweet and friendly, she really made our evening fun. We only go to the Melting Pot about once a year for a special occasion and I’d like to thank Jasmine again for her wonderful service, we loved her! The GM came by our table to check on things and she was super sweet as well.
This was my 1st time going to a restaurant like this. I am in love with the outside seating area. There is lots of parking. The environment was clean and the staff I interacted with was super friendly, professional and warm. The food was amazing. I was ready to go relax and sleep after the experience. I absolutely loved this place. I went there with my daughter for a quick lunch. We were so busy with her move back to school and I had to go back to work. This was perfect right in the middle. We ordered our food our waitress was amazing I absolutely love her personality. This whole experience was like a big hug! Absolutely amazing
