Rooms very dark.
First time at this hotel, my first night they opened for dinner and the bartender didn’t know how to make drinks so I couldn’t order what I wanted. The second night I wanted almost an hour for appetizers I ordered to go. Along with this, multiple people were waiting on orders that were not coming out. Hearing the cook tell the servers and bartender “stop worrying, it’ll be done when it’s done” was ridiculous. Never heard a restaurant say that or have this bad of service. Will not be eating here again.
Love the oasis and amenities. Nice Sauna. Great views, (while working out even), and close proximity to everything I would want to do. Friendly staff, and very clean. Thank you for carrying breakfast blend, (with caffeine), with your in room keurig selections. It's all about the little things, and you have it.
