The Kluckin Chicken

We picked up dinner from here for the first time today. Let me tell you the food was out of this world. We ordered 3 of the 2 sandwich combos for my husband, son and myself as well as a quesadilla. First let me share about the fries. They were crispy and perfectly seasoned. By far some of the best fries we have had anywhere and in a long time. We each took down all the fries without hesitation. Next, the sandwich. It is described as being a tender in a bun but it was more like a breast in a bun. The chicken was absolutely crispy on the outside and moist and cooked all the way through on the inside. We had the mild and the seasoning was spot on. The coleslaw, pickles and sauce definitely escalate the sandwich to the next level and make each bite absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, none of us were able to take down the two sandwiches but now we are looking forward to lunch tomorrow when we get to enjoy the leftover sandwich. And as expected the quesadilla did not disappoint.

This place is so good! If you want the best chicken you will never eat.... look up BBQ chicken. Yep not this place but trust me BBQ chicken is the best chicken you will ever have. I live for that chicken.

Chicken sandwiches so good, I’ve been back 3 times, and recommended to friends. La Crescenta isn’t really known for food, which leaves many to drive to Burbank, Pasadena, or Glendale. However, Kluckin Chicken is a good reason to stay local. I recommend the Kluckin Combo #2. It’s enough food for two people with a price of around $15 after tax. Be warned, the food can be spicy, especially the sauce. I get the sandwich with a bun (buttery and delicious). Eddy is the owner of this franchise and I hope if you go you have the opportunity to meet him. Very hospitable and treats all his guests with care. That for me also weighs into my five star review, along with great tasting food, easy accessibility, and awesome aesthetics. Please go give a try.
