Delicious Southern food in the city. Nice staff and menu although the beer draft menu was not very diverse (hint, add a porter or a stout). I would definitely recommend.
Such a great place to eat. The food was amazing! Not 1 complaint from our table. It’s also a beautiful restaurant with a great location. We went back In September with a party of 10 for my BFs birthday. Our server Mickey took great care of all of us. I truly enjoyed her. From the time she took my reservation over the phone to the day we arrived, her customer service was A1. She was friendly, attentive, and accurate with our order. All around great experience here, and will definitely return.
Upon walking into the restaurant I was excited ???? the atmosphere #verynice and chill. The hostess informed us since we didn't have reservations that there was an 1hr wait. I was surprised because there were so many available seats and the bar was empty. However the hostess stated she would see what she can do. Seconds later we were seated. So happy we had a nice service with an upbeat personality. I ordered the fried chicken dark, panned seared green beans, and Mac & cheese. My guy got the roasted pork shoulder with potato croquettes. Let me say the portion you get on the oversized plates was not convincing. I couldn't chew the green beans because they were very under cooked. The Mac & cheese was unseasoned, butter noodles that were also under cooked. The chicken has almost like a cornflake crust that had semi flavor but the meat was dry and overcooked, with no flavor. My guy wasn't much of a fan but being that we drove to Charlotte from Durham to try this restaurant (thanks a lot Ti
