Food was delicious overall. Roasted pineapple duck curry was sweet & tasted great. I’d say cost was a bit pricey for the salads. My party got a steak laab salad and papaya salad and for the price, the portions were very small from other restaurants I’ve ordered from. Our server was very nice. On the day we went, they seemed short staffed but the overall service was good. Would dine here again!
Classic Milwaukee Thai restaurant. Overall a nice dinner. Food: We had Vegetable Tempura as an appetizer, very good, especially the sauce. I had Tom Yum soup. I don't like mushrooms, but this soup is delicious, the highlight of my meal. For dinner I had Pud Prig Khing. They were out of beans, so they made it with other vegetables. It was ok, I didn't love the sauce flavor. Would like to go here again and try something else. The Thai tea was outstanding. Service: It wasn't very crowded on a Thursday night, maybe 3 other tables. The food came quickly, but the server wasn't around very much. Water often empty, didn't clear finished dishes, had to flag another server to get the bill. Saw a couple of servers on their phones often. Atmosphere: Nice decor, a lot of Thai statues and decorations. A little dated, but classic.
Not what it used to be. I've dined here several times over the years. I recall they had some of the best seafood. It was here that I first tasted fresh seafood years ago and could tell the difference between the taste. Went back recently and the touch is no longer there. Had the seafood Royal and the mussels were small and chunks of the shell were in the dish. Overall the food was okay. Beef Laab was better than most other Thai restaurants in town. Paneng curry was a bit sweet on three spice level. Not a bad or good thing. My dinner partner didn't like it, but I did. Chicken satay and peanut sauce was great and I recommend. Atmosphere and decor is still the best for Thai restaurant in town. The staff was friendly. For the price and location of what it's trying to be, I'd say it's average for the value you get. You could add one ⭐ star if price isn't a problem for you. I still plan to come back and do recommend giving it a try.
