The Kickin Crab Bell Gardens

Had a big family get together and tried out this Kickin Crab. They were super friendly and easy to work with and the quality of the food was outstanding. Definitely one of the better Kickin Crab locations out there! If you have a chance I'd hit this spot up for sure.

This review is from a month ago and previous times prior. I’ve been to this location a few times and it’s always something new. First you can’t make over the phone orders, then try to order online, everything is “not available.” Asked what was this about? once I arrived and now phone call orders are permitted. Ok cool! Next experience, I ordered food, got home and realized that the sauce was lacking. Left the food with the family (at home) and drove back to order extra sauce. Was told that I had to order something to purchase it. I explained that I just ordered and left the proof (receipt/food) at home. Still was turned down. Even if I didn’t place an order I think if you want to order sauce it should be allowed. I mean I didn’t want it for FREE! Ok last experience (about a month ago). Shrimp had the taste of the sea TOO FISHY! The sides of rice were mushy! And the the sauce definitely wasn’t Cajun Extra Mild. More like SPICY SPICY! I'll give the 5th star as soon as they get the alcohol license ???? food is delicious, service is nice! I will definitely go back for shrimps and beer! ???????????? Update! Excellent food, beer and service!!!
