I ordered over the phone from the Harvard Rd, Richmond Heights, Ohio location...and my meal came up to $46.85. I arrive and a young lady Essence was sitting there on her cell phone for like 5 minutes as if I wasn't standing there. Once she was done on her phone she looked up and said "did you call in or no?" I replied "yes". She swiped my card. Charge goes through on my side. She says her computer is not responding but clearly their credit card merchant machine works fine. Then a lady named Mandy comes and swiped my card AGAIN! It goes thru again. They're telling me that it hasn't... I'm becoming frustrated because they've swiped my card is reading but I can't get my food because they're telling me it's not going through????The Store Manager Jason was no help nor comfort...I felt he tried to speak to me very condescending. In reviewing my account they took out the 46.85... then put it back... then took it out again. I left WITHOUT MY FAMILY'S DINNER and down $46.85. From the Greeting H
The Food was juicy good pricing and not a long wait. Went around 3:30 pm restaurant wasn’t really crowded. Got lots of medium aldi size shrimp and plenty turkey sausage they were good. The cajun sauce not to spicy. Only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is the shrimps FULL shell was not removed. However it was a great presentation and for the most part it was GOOD. The salad was not bad at all that I ordered. BEST PART ABOUT THE RESTAURANT THEY HAVE A BAR AND THEIR RESTROOM AREA SMELLED GOOD AND WAS CLEAN A PLUS I WILL BE BACK!!!!! Nice and roomy place to bring your family to eat without super expensive pricing.
This is the 3rd review that I had to rewrite what's going on Google? This restaurant is nice and the service is pretty good. I went for lunch this time, and it was nice, not really crowded. Before we had dinner at a later time, it was busier and with a wait time for a table, but it was still worth it. They have a nice variety to choose from, but you can't exchange fries for a salad. We also were serve in a timely manner. Thanks
