The fish was well seasoned and cooked perfectly!! The combined beef and chicken Philly cheesesteak was extremely flavorful! They just got a new regular customer.

Great food and great pair working the truck. Very personable and professional. The fries are great as a side. The burger and looks like a work of art. I really respect the people who do this for hours and don’t have a breakdown cuz I would.

I’ve purchased from this establishment at many outdoor events and can tell you the food is great. The last outdoor event, he had gumbo on the menu. Being the Goddaughter of a fisherman and from the gulf, it has to be on point or not at all. It was Excellent, so much I spent a lot purchasing several containers to take home. Because of my granddaughters, the only container I got to eat was the one I ate on-site.. it was great. I have been to the restaurant, to find it closed, after it was explained due to short staff, I understand. The owner said he would open the next day and was true to his word, a friend and I returned and had a Great fish meal. Big portions, seasoned and cooked perfectly! I am not sure what he puts in his cakes, but they are amazing. For the ones that can relate, go by and get a pollypop! 5 stars x ten!
