We have past by this place 100 of times and have never stopped and tryed them out. So today we decided to give them a shot and see if there food was any good. So every thing we order came out hot and fresh and tasted good. The prices where fair as you can look at our bill I have posted here. I would recommend trying this place at least once if you are ever driving by or in the area. We will definitely stop by and see them again. OH AND BY THE WAY only reason I gave them a 4 star and not a 5 is when we got our bill they added a nother 10% to the bill for price increase. Witch by the way I'm totally ok with that because I understand what is going on in the world today. But at the same time I believe they should tell you about the 10% being added when you first arrive instead of placing it on your bill at the end and not even telling you till you see it on there.
Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here, and how fast the service was. They use quality ingredients, it seems, as everything tasted fresh and delicious. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries combo, with a very thick chocolate malt. My daughter enjoyed her chicken tenders, fries, hush puppies and flurry style shake. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and patient, too. I ate at this physical place way back in like 2006 or so and the food was meh, the service extremely slow, but I am pretty sure that was before whoever runs The Hop took it over. I will definitely be back. Fun place, too.
If you want to be close to heaven, I would highly recommend eating here because every time I eat here, it feels like I'm in heaven. I have been here twice now and gotten their "Triple Threat Burger" and both times it was out of this world. I also had the Funnel Cake Fries tonight and they were outstanding and the whipped cream made them better. The ONLY complaint I have would be the 99¢ drink refills. Both times I've gotten a large drink, it would be majority ice and not enough drink to satisfy the consumption of the massive beast that is the Triple Threat burger. It's personally annoying having to pull out my card just for a 99¢ refill and I rarely have cash on me. TL;DR, Outstanding food, will eat here again. I appreciate the team cooking and serving this food! Keep up the good work!
