Two things I search for food wise are pastrami sandwiches and chicken fried steak. It is hard to find either one that is worthy of a good review. The Hat is one of them! Best pastrami ever and also everything else. Fair prices and huge pastrami dips good for two meals or to be shared! I know where to get the best ever chicken fried steak but it is in Mammoth Lakes at The Stove. Once a year I get to enjoy it!

The Hat hits. Been in business for 70 years and it shows. Pastrami dip wasn't dry or overly salty. However, was well seasoned with spices. Definitely worth a try.
