The Harvey House

Very elegant yet casual dining. Staff is very friendly and well trained. The staff was definitely enjoying their jobs which shows this must be a well managed restaurant. Joy is contagious!! Definitely top notch chefs pairing of the flavors were superb ! We will definitely be back to try other dishes ❤️

Went for a birthday and it did not disappoint. Harvey House is fantastic as soon as you walk through the door. We got an old fashioned and a martini with our smoked kielbasa app. The mustard jus was delicious. I got the superior walleye and couldn't put my fork down. She got the potato pierogies and ended with a clean plate. Our server, Joseph, kept the energy up the whole time and made sure she was having a great birthday dinner. He made our wine choices and had great suggestions. We finished with the Baked Alaska and it was some of the best I've had. Dinner was about two hours long and with two drinks, a split app, two entrees, and a split dessert it came out to be $200 on the dot. Worth the experience.

This was a reservation worth waiting for!!! Finally made it to Harvey House and had an A+ dinner followed by fantastic desserts and drinks. Starting with the lovely ambience and warm decor to the locally inspired menu and great assortments of drinks, Harvey House has something for everyone. Located behind Madison’s historic train depot, Harvey House is indeed a celebration of Wisconsin’s iconic supper clubs. It has become my new favorite restaurant. The decor, ambience, hospitality, to food and drinks; everything here is incredible . Absolutely loved the open kitchen. This is a perfect spot for date nights, girls nights, groups, and out of town visitors. Show off Harvey House to your friends and family. The relish tray is a must try, it’s so refreshing. Both the soups cream of broccoli and French onion bouillon are a must try, simply amazing. The Yukon gold potato pierogies and the Slow cooked salmon were excellent.
