I was eating here twice a week. Many times my onion rings tasted burnt. Must've been contaminated oil as I'm sure there's a schedule and it doesn't include changing when something is forgotten and burned. Wrong item in the bag multiple times. They got progressively worse and I got tired of it. No systems in place and they blamed me for them putting wrong items in the bag. No Thank You!!!
The fries were the best I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. The "Charburger" was great as well, very fresh and the bread was just right Vegetarian options: They have Impossible® Burgers
It’s a hit or miss . Today my salad tasted like old greens and my fries were cold and my shake was a bit watery. Seriously?! UPDATE: Today I redeemed a $2 sundae w a coupon in my app and yes I didn’t order it w whipped cream but they didn’t even fill it to the top not to mention the texture of the ice cream was SO weird . I can’t even begin to explain it . They say chocolate sundae and to them that means vanilla ice cream WITH chocolate sauce . They didn’t even mix it into the ice cream— at least that’s what makes most sense to do. You’re gonna laugh when I tell you the best part of this sundae was the nuts topping . Honestly .
