The comments are so different fromy experience..I placed an order through doordash for the nachos just an hour ago...and according to the menu ..for The Grill it says it has hamburger meat on it ...but my nachos had no hamburger meat so I called the grill and the woman yelled at me told me that there was never hamburger meat on theNachos and that she had nothing to do with what the menu said.... Are u kidding me?? I asked to speak to her boss and she hung up on me.. I ordered food of THE MENU... if there is no meat on the Nachos you should change the menu... I would get fired for treating a customer like that... I will be callo g nack later... Rude and Nasty!!
Place is awesome!!! and very very nice people that works there. I appreciate the cook so much for my food she was so awesome and the young girl that took my order was so nice. I’ll be back forsure to order more food. ????????
Food was bland and overly oily. I could taste the oil they cooked in more than I tasted the food. The place is a total wreck, hardly anywhere to sit. I felt forced to get it to go due to the lack of tables. There are old gas station type refrigerators/freezers lining the walls and had me thinking the place was under construction. What's worse is you have to go next "door" aka through the open wall to pay for your meal at some nasty smoke shop. If the place is a work in progress, close shop, do construction, then open and do business right. I thought I should give it a shot and support local food over a chain but I regret it. Not sure what all the good reviews are for, honestly. The food presentation reminded me of what I've seen in a high school cafeteria. I felt like the guy that was working was an honest dude just doing his best, so full marks on customer service. But the atmosphere and food quality has to change or this place won't last.
