New exclusive modern restaurant in Irvine with great healthy menu and very creative choices.. The fried chicken sandwich was light fresh and not greasy. The salad was crisp and fragrant. Gorgeous new restaurant that just opened at Eighteen Main in the Irvine Concourse. The menu has something for everyone and my favorites have been the goat cheese stuffed artichoke flowers (so crispy!), the roasted beet salad, and the braised short rib. They have a pho burger that I'm dying to try. I've only had the "Raised by Wolves" tequila cocktail but it was outstanding - the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and sour. I'll be back soon to try more!
