I would give this 0 zero stars if I could. The food is sub par. “As commonplace as it may be, bartenders cannot drink on the job and this is against Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code policy.” Thought I would add that fact I copied and pasted prior. Not only was the bartender too drunk to take an order of a burger with mayo, lettuce, tomato and onion… wrote it down wrong three times. Asked for a simple well known Malibu bay breeze it’s literally cranberry juice, pineapple juice and Malibu rum. Told her ingredients for her to leave out the pineapple juice and not even offer me a straw or stir/mix my drink. Extremely rude and 100% took glasses made for a beer and would fill it with hard alcohol and walk to the side where they have slot machines and games to drink it. Sloppy, and honestly sad. Hopefully she is reprimanded.

I usually have good food here but I went in and ordered the Juicy Lucy. Looked good when it came out. Usually, I eat around then the middle when eating a Juicy Lucy. As I bit into the middle, the cheese was still cold and solid. The ground beef was also still raw. It was taken away shown to the chef and thrown away. I wasn’t offered another one, a “don’t worry about it it’s on us” or even a discount. I wasn’t asked how I wanted it, rare, medium, well done etc. all I got was, “Just tell us well done next time you order it.” And a “Sorry for your burger.” I had half a burger left and didn’t even get a new one. Just sad.
