The Flamingo Grill

Our reservation was for 7:30, we were seated at 8:15. We waited 10 minutes for a menu, told Scott the waiter how hungry we were, and had to call him over to take our order 15 minutes later. One of two ordered cocktails arrived, had to reorder the second from a busboy. Iced tea never arrived until we asked again when Scott served the appetizers at nearly 9 PM. He then brought two for the one person who ordered it, as if to say that she was being difficult. Two snow crab claws at $55 each arrived on a mound of ice so high that pieces fell onto the table as I tried to eat them; no extra bowl for the shells (a most basic part of serving shellfish); the meat was so stuck onto the shells, I had to scrape thready shreds out, and there was a total of perhaps 3 small mouthfuls of meat between the two. Not once did we act unpleasantly toward the wait staff, so we didn't deserve such treatment (though if we had, it should not have affected the quality of service in such a supposedly upscale resta

Stay away! Poor service and food. Took 3 times to have veal chops cooked properly. Meanwhile, my filet and mushrooms were cold. Sent the mushrooms back twice to be reheated. Spoke to the manager, he apologized and offered dessert and coffee. My husband enjoyed the veal chops. I never ate the cold filet. Beautiful decor and good drinks . Very disappointed with the service and food!! Will not return!!

We had an absolute blast with our group. Food is perfection. GET THE PRIME RIB!. Atmosphere is just right. Not too stuffy but not too casual. Drinks on point. Perfect place for resort style dining.
