I spent almost $30 on two chicken bowls via GrubHub, but the driver said the store refused to provide any magic sauce because "it wasn't listed on the order." The item listing on GrubHub says it includes "two magic sauce" and "one hot sauce." In fact, in order to manually add magic sauce to the order you must pay an additional $.25 per sauce. Despite this, the staff person says they were not allowed to provide any sauce unless explicitly included on the order. They need to get their GrubHub situation sorted out and also inform their staff it is entirely appropriate to provide sauce to customers when a driver informs them it was supposed to be included in the order. This is not a good look for the company and seriously makes me question ordering from them again. All over a small container of sauce?

The cashier person that was bagging my food and taking my payment was not wearing gloves and he came from the kitchen. The food was good but I prefer that staff are following covid regulations. His mask was also below his nose. That's not how you wear a mask. It defeats the purpose. I want to be safe knowing that my food is being handled by servers wearing gloves.
