The Flame Broiler

Got the chicken/beef combo plate. Both meats were overcooked and chewy. There is a hint of flavor, but not too palatable. The cabbage salad was meh. Upcharge for all white meat chicken. Hefty upcharge for kimchee, which is ridiculous considering it is fermented cabbage,and they skimp on everything but the rice. The brown rice was good and is what made the 1 star above.

I came today for the first time yesterday and the gentleman that was at the register was amazing! I wanted the spicy chicken bowl but they didn't have it so he gave me the sauce to mix. Very polite and nice guy. However, today I come and the girl and the register was extremely rude, her name was VIRA. She looked frustrated that I asked for the same combination of sauce and was bothered when I tried to explain what I was looking for. She looked like she hates her job, I don't understand why any person would want to hire her. Horrible customer service and no people skills. She needs training or better yet another job that doesn't include dealing with people.

I ordered 2 bowls and was charged $19.46 and I didn’t even receive a receipt also they gave me the wrong order because I didn’t get any vegetables so yea I got ripped off and it was a big Spanish guy and a skinny guy was the cook! So be careful when u eat here and also this was my first time eating here what a bad experience!
