The Flame Broiler

Wasn’t that great. My family and I went there after Disney. The meat wasn’t as cooked through as I would have liked it. You were still able to see some pink. We always go to the Apple valley one and I am never disappointed there. Sadly to say this wasn’t a good experience. Won’t be going there again. Although the customer service was good????????

We were served by the owner at this location. She was a wonderful and polite lady. Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you very much! It didn't stop there. She came to our table and complemented our children and was genuinely welcoming.

I have been coming to this location for 4 years now and have never been let down by the excellent customer service of the owner and the employees. The food is not winning any awards or anything, but it's just meant to be a convenient, fast meal that's a tad healthier than your average burger or other fast food. I especially love Flame Broiler's choice of sauces, they're particularly good when mixed together (The "Magic" Sauce and the standard red "Hot" sauce). Overall I greatly enjoy the food, especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the drink lids are ridiculously hard to fit onto the cups without making a mess. The service here is extremely fast, a line out the door is hardly anything to worry about unless you're ordering something truly obscure from the menu (which is rare as they have a very simplified menu with mostly the basic Flame Broiler options that every location has).
